Serafina's Restaurant - Dining Room

The dining room is a recently added facility with the building having been completed in 2008. Built overlooking the front
stage of the park, there are large sliding doors that take advantage of magnificent rural sunsets.
The dining room can seat up to 60-70 people with some enjoying alfresco lunches and dining, and caters for groups and functions only.
Weddings, but also 21st birthdays and other family events can be celebrated in your restaurant. Of course we also welcome corporate groups, with a minimum number of 12 diners, and reservations made preferably 24 hours in advance.

All these are by arrangement according to your personal desires and wishes, such as:
- Whole pig, or lamb on the spit
- Giant BBQ
- Seafood specialties
- Umu, Samoan earth oven cooked food. Including green banana, taro and lu'au
- Pacifika styled banquet
- Traditional Roasts of Lamb, Pork, Beef or Ham and smorgasbord
All meals will have a great range of fresh quality accompaniments such as salads, roast vegetables and desserts.
Functions

Functions and weddings are arranged around the needs of the client. We cater for these functions based on what the client
would like. From buffet style food, to BBQ or even whole pig or lambs on the spit.
Pacific foods are a speciality and can even provide food made in the Umu, a traditional Samoan cooking
method, with food being cooked on red hot rocks and covered with taro and banana leaves. Beautiful food, cooked to
perfection.
Weddings and Pacific weddings are also part of the big picture. To be able to provide a Pacifika venue complete with Taro and bananas
growing is very much a desired concept, especially for people from Auckland. Being just 4 hours drive from there allows
the whole family to attend without all having to fly back to their homeland.
We also specialise in finger food catering and delivery offsite.
